Brian Godfrey’s Portfolio

Dear Reader,

Thank you for taking the time to view my administrator’s portfolio.  It’s amazing to me how fast the last few years of flown by.  I would like to take this opportunity to share some of the work that I’ve done during my internship and my course work, which demonstrates my development as an educational leader.  My passions as an educator and leader is to help build a positive educational institution which focus on developing healthy minds and bodies.  Having a background in physical education, you will notice that a lot of my research revolves around preventing childhood obesity and the link between physical activity and academic performance.

My portfolio is designed to be user-friendly and easy to navigate.  Information about myself, my philosophy, growth as a leader, internship experience, and an overview of how my work meets the Vermont Endorsement Competencies can be found at the top of the page.  The sidebar to your right connects my work during my internship and course work to Vermont Endorsement Competencies, Vermont Standards, and NCATE/ISLLC Standards.  In addition, each section includes the classes that I’ve taken to enhance each category and is supported with evidence of my work, which I’ve collected during the last few years.

It’s my hope that you as the reader find my portfolio to be informative depiction of my experiences, beliefs, and views on educational leadership.  If you have any comments or feedback for me, please feel free to contact me at bgodfrey@anesu.org or call me at 802-279-7581.

Sincerely,

Brian Godfrey

    Brian –

I really like this letter and how you make clear your portfolio organization and the link to standards and evidence. It is a welcoming beginning and helpful to the reader.
